Privacy Policy

1. What we collect
- Order info: the email address, name, and ZIP code you give Stripe at checkout, the items purchased, and the order amount.
- Referral info: if you arrived through a partner link (e.g.
?ref=benefithub), we record which partner sent you for commission accounting. - Server logs: standard request data (IP, user-agent, timestamps), kept for security and debugging, typically 30 days.
2. How we use your info
- To process your order and email you the promo code.
- To pay correct commission to the partner that referred you (if any).
- To detect and prevent fraud.
- To respond to support requests, comply with legal obligations, and improve the service.
3. Who we share with
- Stripe — processes payments. They receive what you give them at checkout.
- Amazon Web Services — hosts the site, the database, and sends the gift-card email via SES.
- Partner channels (e.g. BenefitHub) — we share aggregated sales reports for commission accounting; we do not share individual buyer identities unless required to resolve a dispute.
- Law enforcement when legally required.
4. Retention
Order records are kept for 7 years for tax and accounting purposes. Server logs are kept for 30 days. You can request deletion of your personal data subject to legal retention requirements.
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to opt out of any “sale” or “sharing” of personal info (we do neither). Email privacy@wildcatmarketing.com and we’ll respond within 45 days.
6. Children
The site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
7. Security
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS 1.3) and at rest (AWS RDS encryption, Secrets Manager). We follow the principle of least privilege for internal access.
8. Changes
We may update this policy; the “Last updated” date above will reflect any changes. Material changes will be posted prominently.
